The fourth edition of the Campania Books Festival, the Publishing Fair directed by Ruggero Cappuccio and curated by Massimo Adinolfi.
They have been more than 33,000 visitors, mostly young people, who crowded the Royal Palace and some rooms of the National Library where the More than 300 events, marked by the echo of the pro-Gaza demonstrations that have characterised the last few days in our country.
The literary review, fully financed by the Campania Region, Through the resources of European cohesion policy, and organised by the Campania Festival Foundation chaired by Alessandro Barbano, 150 national and local publishers took part in four days. More than 500 authors, retaining the multidisciplinary character that has characterised it since the first edition.
Among the many events also the presentation of the Assessment Report of the social, cultural and economic impacts of Procida Italian Capital of Culture 2022.
A document that, through the analysis of data and flows, returns the long-term effects generated by the title of Italian Capital of Culture. The report, produced as part of Procida 2022, was promoted by the Campania Region through Scabec, with 2014-2022 POC funds. This type of analysis represents a fundamental tool to understand how a great cultural event can transform the life of a territory. The meeting was attended by Felice Casucci, Raimondo Ambrosino, Rosanna Romano, Francesco Izzo, Dora Gambardella and Agostino Riitano.
