New initiative of the Campania Region dedicated to young graduates of the territory: these are Postgraduate Higher Education courses designed to enhance the skills most in demand by the labour market.
The aim is to train professionals who are prepared, flexible and able to face the challenges of an ever-changing world of work.
The courses, activated under the RP Campania ESF+ 2021–2027 – Education and Training Priorities, have a minimum duration of 1200 hours and combine classroom lessons, internships or project work and the issue of university training credits (CFU).
A mix of theory and practice that allows you to transform training into concrete experience.
The initiative involves universities, research institutions, companies and advanced training institutes (ASFOR), to build specialisation pathways in strategic areas such as General Management, Human Resources, Finance, Public Management and European Design.
Recipients? Young people and adults, employed or looking for work, in possession of a bachelor's degree, master's degree or the old system.
