Public notice for support to cultural and creative enterprises

The Campania Region has published a public notice It aims to support the development of cultural and creative enterprises under cohesion policies. This notice, which implements Action 1.3.1 of the RP Campania ERDF 2021-2027, aims to finance projects that can expand and qualify the cultural system of the region.

Objectives, Areas of Intervention and Beneficiaries

The main objective is to support investments aimed at the creation of innovative products, services and initiatives, which contribute to the growth and competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises in Campania.

Micro, Small or Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as classified in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, may apply for aid, regardless of their legal form, operating in the following areas:

  • Scope A: Cultural and creative sector, including culture and cultural heritage.
  • Area B: Production of cultural content, material culture and related activities, using new technologies.

Financial allocation

The total budget for the operation is: €10 million, broken down as follows:

  • EUR 7 million for operations under Area A.
  • EUR 3 million for operations under Area B.

Type of Help

The aid will be granted in the form of a capital contribution, covering a percentage of eligible expenditure, which varies according to the policy area:

Scope A:
80% eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of EUR 200 000 for individual proposals;
80% eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of EUR 400 000 for aggregated proposals.

Area B:
60% eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of EUR 150 000 for individual proposals;
60% eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of EUR 300 000 for aggregated proposals.

Submission of Applications

Applications for aid must be submitted via the digital service ‘APPLICATION FOR FINANCING FOR CULTURAL AND CREATIVE BUSINESSES’, available on the Campania Region’s Catalogue of Digital Services. The application period runs from 00:00 on 28 February 2025 until 14:00 on 11 April 2025 and applications must be submitted at the following link: https://servizi-digitali.regione.campania.it/ImpreseCulturali.
