The Campania Regional Executive has programmed the amount of €20 million to finance infrastructure and refurbishment works for the “Construction of a university residence in the building called Casa Miranda”, in Naples from the European cohesion policy funds (PR Campania ERDF 2021-2027). The resources will be used to restore to its original function, Casa dello Studente, the building behind the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine between Via Foria and the hill towards Moiariello and Reggia di Capodimonte.
The recovery project for the regional building of Casa Miranda focuses on the enhancement of the terraced building and the accentuation of its HUB character between the historic city and the hilly system.
On the subject of university students, the Campania Region continues its efforts, which saw it coordinate already in 2022.n synergistic action with the universities of Campania to submit a unified proposal to the National Call for Proposals relating to Law 338/2000, with an investment of 1.5 million euros for the implementation of the projects.
In 2023, they were eligible for national funding six projects. The regional commitment was also to finance operations not eligible.
