Expire the next 22 September 2025 the deadlines for participation in the call published by the LAG “Approdo di Ulisse” and addressed to the world of small-scale coastal fishing. This is an important opportunity for those working at sea, designed to support the replacement and adaptation of fishing nets with more selective and environmentally friendly gear.

The objective is clear: making small-scale fisheries more sustainable, reducing unwanted catches and the impact on marine ecosystems, without penalising the work of fishermen. Fishing companies and shipowners of vessels engaged in small-scale coastal fishing, with their registered office in the municipalities that form part of the Landing of Ulysses LAG, may participate in the call.

The measure provides contributions of up to 100% eligible expenditure, totalling EUR 800 000, covering in particular the purchase of new nets and equipment designed to improve fisheries selectivity.

The deadline for submitting the application is 22 September 2025: a concrete opportunity to innovate the sector and contribute to the protection of the sea.
