For a more social Campania, access to health, social and health services, education and training services will be facilitated. The welfare network will be reorganized in terms of services and infrastructure. The link between universities, research institutions and the local productive fabric will be strengthened. Employment will be supported.
The lines of action of the Campania Region in relation to Policy Objective 4 are::
- Improve access to employment, in particular for young people and the long-term unemployed, and for inactive people, including by promoting self-employment and the social economy.
- Modernising labour market institutions and services by matching supply and demand.
- Support workers who are involved in company restructuring processes.
- Promote the improvement of the health and quality of life of the elderly.

- Promote women’s participation in the labour market and improve work-life balance.
- Improve education and training systems and support skills acquisition.
- Promote equal access to and completion of quality and inclusive education and training.

- Strengthen the health system and contain health emigration.

- Tackling material deprivation through specific actions, including through food distribution and basic material assistance to the most deprived.
