The Campania Region was awarded for the Sinfonia – Sistema Informativo Campania (Campania Information System) system, created with the support of the in-house company Soresa.
The ‘Premio dei Premi’ (Prize of Prizes) National Innovation Prize is a prestigious annual award established by concession of the President of the Republic at the the Cotec Foundation, It celebrates the best Italian innovations in industry, universities, schools, research, public administration, the tertiary sector and the craft sector. The award promotes a democratic vision of innovation, highlighting the variety and heterogeneity of the winners, selected by organisations such as ABI, ADI, CNA, Confcommercio, Confindustria, PNICube and institutions such as the Ministry of Education and Merit and the Department of Public Administration.
The award, presented by the Department of Public Administration, was given because Sinfonia best represents the growth path that the Italian Public Administration has been making in recent years. This milestone is not only a testament to the Region’s commitment to innovation and digitalisation, but also represents an important step for the future of our community.
The prize, which was awarded to the Campania Region and Soresa – Società Regionale per la Sanità, was withdrawn by Massimo Bisogno, Director of the Special Office for Growth and Digital Transition; Thomas Casillo (disambiguation), President of Soresa; Massimo Di Gennaro (disambiguation), Director of Innovation and Digital Health at Soresa.
The administration was selected because Winner of the Digital Agenda Award 2023, in the Regional Digital Agendas category, with the ‘SINFONIA’ initiative, which allows access to health and social and health services through a single online portal (Citizen's Health) and an APP (Campania in Health), able to centralise all the offers of the relevant services, with the aim of simplifying access to public services for users and improving the quality of the service provided in the social and health sector.
