The deadline for the submission of tenders relating to two separate Public Notices issued by the Gal Parthenope, the first for the “Parthenope LAG support service to develop innovation processes”, the second for the “Territorial promotion and marketing service for the Parthenope LAG area”.
Both tenders are intended for economic operators, who may participate either in single form that associated.
As regards the “Parthenope LAG support service to develop innovation processes, the purpose of the contract is to activate, manage and operate the Permanent Centre for the Coordination of Local Fisheries Policies (CPLP), designed as a stable technical structure to support territorial governance and innovation in the fisheries, aquaculture and blue economy sectors.
More specifically, it is required to carry out an articulated set of activities, including analysis of local needs and support for the definition of innovative pilot projects, technical assistance in the planning and implementation of selected interventions, promotion of environmental sustainability and enhancement of Natura 2000 sites, dissemination and transfer of knowledge through events, workshops, training activities and technical reporting, collaboration with research organizations during the scientific validation of the results of pilot projects.
The total amount based on the call for tenders is €435 695..
As for the “Territorial promotion and marketing service for the Parthenope LAG area”, the contract concerns the award of a support service to the Parthenope LAG for the development of integrated strategies for territorial valorisation, promotion of local fish resources and internationalisation of businesses, in the context of the implementation of the Local Development Strategy (LDS) financed by the Campania EMFAF programme 2021-2027.
Specifically, it concerns the coordinated and synergistic implementation of the interventions of the local development strategy of the Parthenope LAG. 1.A.2 Measures to improve product traceability through the use of advanced technologies e 1.B.2 Promotion and internationalisation of enterprises in the fisheries and aquaculture sector.
The total amount based on the call for tenders is EUR 467.130.
Both open procedures are published and entirely carried out through the e-procurement platform of Consip S.p.A. (www.acquistinretepa.it). The tenders will be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best value for money.
The deadline for submission of tenders, as mentioned, is the 22 September 2025 at 12.30 p.m..

WHAT IS GAL PARTHENOPE
The Parthenope LAG is one of the Local Action Groups selected for the implementation of local development strategies co-financed under Priority 3 (Blue Economy in Coastal Communities) of NF EMFAF (National Programme del European Maritime Affairs Fund Fisheries and Aquaculture 2021-2027). The strategy of the Parthenope LAG impacts on 19 municipalities in Campania, covering an area of about 708 square km, and is divided into 4 Great Objectives: strengthening sustainable growth and competitiveness of companies, consortia and PAs; safeguarding the aquatic resources and biodiversity of the intervention area, contributing to the mitigation of risks due to climate change; implementing the conditions to ensure the effectiveness of OSH; strengthen cooperation.
