The Campania Region has approved the financing of projects dedicated to the management and enhancement of confiscated assets. The initiative confirms the administration’s commitment to promoting legality and development policies, transforming assets removed from organised crime into resources at the service of the community.
The intervention recognises confiscated assets not only as a symbolic value, but also as a real opportunity for economic and social growth. Through the reuse and regeneration of these assets, the aim is to strengthen the cohesion of local communities, encouraging the creation of new activities and services.
The funding is made possible thanks to the resources of the regional programmes supported by the European Funds 2021-2027 (PR Campania ERDF 2021-2027, Specific Objective RSO4.3 Action 4.3.2 and PR Campania ESF+ 2021-2027, Specific Objective ESO4.1 Action 5.a.3), which allocate specific actions to the enhancement of assets and the promotion of sustainable and inclusive development models.
