{"id":2241,"date":"2024-04-04T19:54:29","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T17:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/europa.regione.campania.it\/?p=2241"},"modified":"2025-09-18T14:40:41","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T12:40:41","slug":"avviso-campania-startup-2023-pubblicata-graduatoria-finale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/europa.regione.campania.it\/en\/avviso-campania-startup-2023-pubblicata-graduatoria-finale\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice Campania Startup 2023, published final ranking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Published in the Official Bulletin of the Region (<a href=\"https:\/\/burc.regione.campania.it\/eBurcWeb\/publicContent\/home\/index.iface\">BURC number 29 of 04\/04\/2024<\/a>), the final ranking of the applications relating to the Notice \u201c<strong>Campania Startup 2023<\/strong>\u201c, which aims to support the creation and consolidation of knowledge-intensive innovative start-ups, to increase the competitiveness of the regional production system through the development of innovative products, processes and services, in line with the priority trajectories of the \u201cSmart Specialisation Strategy for Research and Innovation \u2013 RIS3 Campania\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/europa.regione.campania.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Allegato_217150.pdf\">LIST OF APPLICATIONS ALLOWED<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/europa.regione.campania.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Allegato_217151.pdf\">LIST OF APPLICATIONS NOT ALLOWED<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Campania is accelerating innovation with the launch of the 2023 Campania Startup Notice, with new projects based on advanced technological trajectories, such as the development of Artificial Intelligence systems and platforms, vehicle and passenger safety technologies, through models and technologies for waste treatment and recycling, to innovative environmental, territorial and atmospheric analysis and control systems and the development of multimedia systems and applications and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The numbers of the Notice speak for themselves:\u00a0an important financial envelope of 30 million euro, 871 projects submitted, and through a careful selection 418 of these were considered suitable with 145 applications with a useful score to receive the necessary funding to carry out the business project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These data reveal a strong competition between startups and a rigorous selection of projects that can be financed. Thanks to this mechanism, successful projects will have the opportunity to receive significant financial support to consolidate the entrepreneurial path, thus helping to stimulate innovation and economic growth in Campania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The analysis of data from applications, eligible projects and eligible projects reveals a varied and dynamic picture of the areas of interest in the Campania innovation landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ICT-enabling technologies emerge as the most represented ecosystem (both in the application phase with 35.25%, both by number of projects financed with 29.66%), followed by Biotechnology and Human Health (15.50% applications submitted and 10.34% financed) and by Energy Environment Sustainable Construction (12.86% applications submitted and 21,38% funded). Overall, these data highlight a strong interest and significant potential for projects related to ICT enabling technologies, environmental sustainability and human health, offering important insights for development and investment in innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysing the relationship between projects submitted and projects financed for each ecosystem, we find the excellent performance of Aerospace, which has the highest percentage of projects financed compared to those submitted, with 28.57% (8 projects funded out of 28 submitted). And the confirmation of ICT Enabling Technologies with the 14% success fee (307 project proposals, with the funding of 43 applications). These data underline the variation in technology readiness across sectors, reflecting the different priorities, entrepreneurial propensity levels and market proximity of the solutions proposed within the different innovation ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The analysis of rewards shows significant data: for the commitment to recruit new staff, on 96.65% of the eligible projects declared new work units, 65.55% indicated the presence of young people and women in company structures. Finally, on 25.60% indicated the willingness to invest in the inland areas of Campania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The provincial distribution shows an interesting detailed picture of participation on a territorial scale: Naples emerges with the highest percentage of questions with 40.87% of the total with 170 questions. Follow Salerno with 16.59%\u00a0and Avellino with 7.45. Significant extra-regional participation that includes Milan and Rome with about 10% proposals. Among the projects eligible for funding: the province of Naples includes 48.81% of the total, followed by the province of Salerno with 16.67%. Avellino, Benevento and Caserta are each at 5.95% projects that can be financed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the distribution by contribution bands of eligible projects shows that the majority of projects, i.e. 39.03%, falls within the contribution band of up to \u20ac100,000. The next bands, up to 150,000 euros and up to 200,000 euros, represent respectively 6.21% and 13.79%. The ranges from 200,001 to 300,000 euros include 36.55% projects, with a peak in the range from 200,001 to 250,000 euros, which represents 20.69% of the total.
