{"id":967,"date":"2022-10-20T14:23:07","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T12:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/europa.regione.campania.it\/?p=967"},"modified":"2024-05-16T14:34:45","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T12:34:45","slug":"garanzia-campania-bond-al-via-la-seconda-edizione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/europa.regione.campania.it\/en\/garanzia-campania-bond-al-via-la-seconda-edizione\/","title":{"rendered":"Campania Bond Guarantee, the second edition begins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Campania,&nbsp;<strong>from 16 November<\/strong> 2022, they will be able to send expressions of interest to participate in the&nbsp;<strong>Second edition of<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Campania Bond Guarantee<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.garanziacampaniabond.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Call-For-Interest-GCB2.pdf\">here the notice<\/a>).<br><br>The&nbsp;<strong>Campania Region<\/strong>, in order to promote the growth of the regional entrepreneurial system, has again decided to activate loans, through multiple issuance of Minibonds constituted in portfolios (\u201cBasket Bonds\u201d), assisted by&nbsp;<strong>public guarantee<\/strong>&nbsp;(ERDF ROP resources 2014-2020, Action 3.6.1., Ob. 3.6).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Campania Bond Guarantee, presentation of the second edition\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xpkkQwdCwEY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>After the success of the first edition, which allowed 65 SMEs, spread throughout the region, to issue Minibonds for \u20ac144.1 million, the Campania Region renews the measure aimed at&nbsp;<strong>facilitating access to the capital market<\/strong>, through alternative finance instruments, for the implementation of entrepreneurial projects of expansion, strengthening and innovation.<br><br>Grouped in a portfolio with a maximum amount of \u20ac148 million, the Minibonds are subscribed by a special purpose vehicle which in turn issues securities subscribed by institutional investors.<strong>&nbsp;Public aid will take two forms:<\/strong>. The first one consists of the<strong>&nbsp;Public Portfolio Guarantee<\/strong>, lent by Sviluppo Campania spa \u2013 an in-house company of the Campania Region \u2013 in the form of cash collateral, to cover the first losses recorded on the portfolio, up to a maximum of 25% the amount of the portfolio (with a budget of EUR 37 million); a second one composed of&nbsp;<strong>Contributions of 50% Costs of Portfolio Organisation\/Management<\/strong>&nbsp;SME issuers (with a budget of EUR 1.9 million).<br><br>As in the previous edition, the composition of the Minibond will allow companies to equip themselves with a&nbsp;<strong>Balanced mix of resources<\/strong>&nbsp;divided between&nbsp;<strong>physical investments<\/strong>&nbsp;(land, property and plant, machinery and equipment),&nbsp;<strong>intangible investments<\/strong>&nbsp;(patent rights, licences, know-how or other forms of intellectual property, including the transfer of property rights in undertakings provided that such transfer takes place between undertakings not belonging to the same group) and&nbsp;<strong>working capital<\/strong>. &nbsp;<br><br><strong>They can participate<\/strong>&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>SMEs<\/strong>&nbsp;They have at least one&nbsp;<strong>operational headquarters in the Campania region<\/strong>, in which the investment will be made, or who undertake to meet the requirement at the time of admission to the portfolio and who have a&nbsp;<strong>valid rating<\/strong>&nbsp;issued by an ECAI Agency,&nbsp;<strong>at least BB<\/strong>&nbsp;on the Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s scale (or equivalent).
