The enhancement of Human Capital is one of the priority areas of attention for the Campania Region, which is why EUR 10 million of European cohesion policy resources (PR Campania ESF+) 2021/202)7 have been allocated to finance the intervention entitled “Scholarships by frequency of regional Academies of international level in the ICT and Digital field’.
Beneficiaries
With these resources, the Campania Region will finance state and non-state universities, including telematics, recognized by the MUR with at least one administrative and one operational headquarters in Campania that, also in partnership with leading international companies, will propose and implement training courses focused on the development of new applications and digital services.
Training areas of intervention and objectives:
- efficiently use the graphical and computational resources of the systems;
- become developers of innovative applications,
- design, implement and market innovative services on technological platforms;
- Create and manage a technology startup.
The training courses must be compulsorily articulated in No. 3 editions, each of which, of a duration at least every six months, for a minimum of 300 hours, under penalty of inadmissibility of the intervention, and must be addressed to at least 20 students for each edition.
Each edition must be articulated taking into account at least two of the following areas of expertise:
- technology area: whereas it will have to provide e-skills for the efficient use of the systems’ graphical and computational resources;
- design area: able to provide skills to design and design high-impact IT applications;
- Entrepreneurial area: able to provide skills to create and manage a technological startup, also through on-the-job training activities, in the sectors of the green economy, blue economy, personal services, social and health services, enhancement of heritage and cultural activities.
Recipients
The training courses are aimed at: Italian citizens, EU and non-EU citizens, residents and non-residents of Campania, employed, unemployed and/or unemployed, holding at least an upper secondary education diploma. Verification of the eligibility requirements of the recipients is one of the activities to be carried out by the beneficiaries of the approved operation, failing which the related expenditure will be ineligible.
Deadlines for submission of applications
The following documentation, in PDF format and digitally signed by the legal representative of the University or, where appropriate, by his delegate, after submission of the instrument of delegation, must be sent exclusively by institutional means to the following address: dg.501000@pec.regione.campania.it by 2 p.m. on 09/09/2025. The subject of the PEC must bear the following wording: “Request to participate in the Public Notice”Scholarships for attendance of regional Academies of international level in the field ICT and Digital”.
