Thursday 5 December 2024 at 3.30 p.m. will be held at the Conference Hall of the Darwin-Dohrn Museum in Naples, the presentation of the Campania Region’s new ‘Aerospace 2025’ notice dedicated to companies and research centres in Campania engaged in the sector and synergies with the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking, the European Union’s main research and innovation programme aimed at transforming aviation and making it climate neutral.
After the institutional greetings of the President of the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn, Roberto Bassi, it will be the regional councillors Valeria Fascione (Research, Innovation and Startup) and Antonio Marchiello (Productive Activities and Work) who will introduce the characteristics of the new ‘Aerospace 2025’ notice to be presented by Vito Merola, Director General of the University, Research and Innovation of the Campania Region. Daniele Violato, Head of Synergies, Clean Aviation JU, will present the technical roadmap shared between the Campania Region and Clean Aviation, while Sergio Negro, Managing Authority of the European Regional Development Fund, will explain the synergies between the Notice and the Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform (STEP).
The second part of the meeting will be dedicated to the sector's novelties and orientations for the future, starting from the perspectives for the next European Framework Programme (FP 10).
