Purpose

The Notice will be issued in line with the objectives of PR Campania FESR 2021-2027, OS 1.1 and 1.3, PR Campania ESF+ 2021-2027, ESO 4.4 and POC Campania
2014/2020. The aim of the notice will be to increase the competitive capacity of companies, to support the dissemination of innovation and to support the implementation of strategic, innovative and high-impact employment-related productive investment programmes in the region. In close connection with the RIS3 Campania Strategy 2021/2027, investments must be focused on improving market positioning, reducing environmental impact, digital and green innovation processes, improving the safety of the workplace, strengthening the skills of the workforce, making the regional production system more resilient to ongoing transformations. The Notice, in line with the provisions of recital 6 of Regulation (EU) No 1058/2021, will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the ERDF in relation to sustainable development and the promotion of environmental protection and protection. With this Notice, the Campania Region intends to comply and comply, as provided for in Article 9(4) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, with the principle of ‘do no significant harm’ (DNSH) to the environmental objectives identified in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 852/2020.

Programmes that may include one or more of the following types, of which A is mandatory:
A) Productive investments (maximum investment €18 million)
B) Research and development projects (maximum investment EUR 15 million)
C) Training plans for the qualification of workers' skills
(maximum investment EUR 1 million)

  • Corporate soil and its accommodations
  • Masonry and related works
  • Company-specific infrastructure
  • Machinery, plant and equipment
  • Computer programs patents, licenses, know-how and non-patented technical knowledge
  • intangible fixed assets, as identified in Article 2(30) of the GBER
  • expenditure on consultancy related to the programme itself, in accordance with and within the limits of Article 18 of the GBER

B) Research and development projects

  • Staff

C) Training plans for the qualification of workers' skills

  • Staff expenditure related to training participants
  • Costs incurred for staff training/retraining activities

*The aid intensity may be increased by 10% if the training is intended for workers with disabilities or disadvantaged workers (up to a maximum of 70%)
Aid for the reimbursement of wage costs in respect of the hours of training received is granted in accordance with Article 32 of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014.
IMs and SMEs: 50% eligible costs.

Methods of evaluation

The technical-administrative-financial examination of applications is carried out in accordance with the selection criteria for the ERDF and ESF regional programmes 2021-2027 and the OP Campania 2014/2020.
