Approval of the SEA procedure integrated with the Environmental Impact Assessment of the PR FESR 2021-2027

The ERDF RP 21-27 and the SEA procedure integrated with the VInCA followed a common path.

The SEA integrated with VInCA approach of PR FESR 21‐27 referred to a conceptual model under which this procedure was designed as a decision aid tool, to be used during all phases of the formulation of the Programme in order to provide tools for the integration of environmental sustainability objectives at all stages, from the strategy setting to the implementation of the interventions and to facilitate the orientation of the Programme towards the principles of sustainable development.

Today we are announcing the approval of the Summary Declaration and the Environmental Monitoring Plan, by Executive Decree No 295 of 23 December 2022, as well as the same Summary Declaration pursuant to Article 17(1)(b) of Legislative Decree No 152/2006, as amended, pursuant to Article 9 of Directive 2001/42/EC (SEA Directive) and the Environmental Monitoring Plan pursuant to Article 18 of Legislative Decree No 152/2006, as amended.
