The Call for Proposals Culture Grows make available resources of the National Culture Programme 2021-2027 to support the emergence and strengthening of cultural and creative enterprises in the regions Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Apulia, Sardinia and Sicily. The intervention is one of the measures financed by European resources from the ERDF for territorial development and the growth of the production system linked to culture, creativity and innovation.
The initiative is linked to the Cultural and Creative Enterprises Fund 2021-2027, which has a total budget of EUR 151.710.000. The resources are intended to support the growth of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the cultural and creative supply chain, supporting new projects, products and services that can generate employment, increase competitiveness and strengthen the cultural market, both public and private.
The call finances interventions covering different areas of cultural and creative production, with the aim of support both existing and newly established companies. Planned three lines of action. The before is addressed to the companies that have been operating in the sector for at least five years and who intend to consolidate or develop their business. The second is dedicated to companies established for less than five years and natural persons who want to start a new business Cultural or creative. The third concerns social enterprises, third sector bodies, associations and foundations They carry out economic activities within the cultural and creative supply chain.
The general objective of the measure is to strengthen the cultural production system in the southern regions by promoting the creation of new jobs e the increase in turnover of the beneficiary companies. The expected results concern both the number of companies supported and the economic and employment impact generated by the funded projects.
The management of applications and facilities is entrusted to Invitalia, which is responsible for the investigation, the granting of assistance and checks on the projects financed. The Requests must be submitted exclusively online through the platform available on the site www.invitalia.it.
The procedure is at the counter, then the requests are evaluated in chronological order of presentation until the available resources are exhausted.
