The Farnborough International Airshow, Together with the aircraft show in Le Bourget (Paris), it is the most important international event in the sector, bringing together every two years in England, alternating with Paris, at Farnborough Airport, all the major aerospace industries worldwide.
The 53rd edition of the exhibition, which will be held in 2024 from 22 to 26 July, represents an important opportunity for companies and territories with a strong aerospace specialisation to make their skills and products known to professionals and global big players in the sector, to promote the inclusion of SMEs in sub-supplier supply chains, as well as to raise awareness of the latest industry innovations and proposals from applied technological research, mainly intended to equip the most modern aircraft, as well as representing the most important opportunity to get to know other companies from all over the world and encourage the establishment of relationships and networks of companies.
By supporting participation in the event, in the exercise of its institutional functions, the Campania Region intends to promote and disseminate the skills of consortia and SMEs operating in the Campania aerospace sector, strengthen the related production processes through the enhancement of the entire chain of the R&I process, encourage the creation of interregional, cross-border or transnational cooperation projects or networks and represent a point of reference and assistance for all Campania companies present at the event.
At the Campania Region stand at the Farnborough International Airshow, it will be possible for selected participants to exhibit and distribute relevant promotional material (brochures, catalogues and other small materials) and to use the common areas. The regional administration will also provide an assistance service during the event and a company access pass.
