Democracy, Commitment, Innovation, Legality, Training, Inclusion, Environment, Cohesion and Security. These are the main themes that the Campania Region has brought to the Giffoni Film Festival.
During debates, workshops, round tables, mentoring and presentations, representatives of the Giunta De Luca met young people from all over the world, promoting a model of regional development that aims to simplify access to public services, support the digitalisation of businesses, protect the environment, promote vocational training and ensure security and equal opportunities for all citizens.
The Campania Region has paid constant attention to Giffoni, which, through cohesion policies, has allowed the creation of numerous structures that today make this town not only the seat of the main international film festival for children, but also a place to develop a new entrepreneurship.
Moreover, during the festival, a spot was shown in all the rooms to bring young people closer to the ‘Cultura Campania’ web portal and a training course dedicated to communication operators on cohesion policy issues was organised for responsible communication.
During a meeting with the giffoners of the Impact category, the web magazine on cohesion policies was also presented, while the jurors of the +16 category launched the new edition of the civic monitoring project ‘A Scuola di Open Coesione’ in partnership with ‘Racconta Europa’ in Campania.
