The project, financed with over EUR 1 million of European funds (POR Campania FESR 2014-2020) under the Integrated Sustainable City Programme, concerned the refurbishment and refurbishment of a green area as if it were the continuation of Piazza Gramsci. There was also a playground, a multipurpose field dedicated to soccer and basketball, an area for events and various structures inserted within a pedestrian path surrounded by nature.
The inauguration was attended by the President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, who reiterated the importance of the resources dedicated to Cohesion, demonstrating its good use in Campania.
