As part of the 2023 edition of Innovation Village, Massimo Di Gennaro of So.Re.Sa.SpA’s Innovation, Integrated Logistics and Digital Health Directorate presented the new Open Innovation Campania platform ready to welcome the innovation community. The presentation was held during the conference, organized by the Councillor for Research, Innovation and Startup Valeria Fascione, dedicated to European resources in the 2021-2027 regional programming for Research and Innovation.

The meeting place between supply and demand for innovation is updated, improving the already existing functionalities and adding new ones, with the aim of increasing the national and international competitiveness of the entire Campania ecosystem.

The new platform Open Innovation Campania It thus becomes an indispensable and effective tool for dialogue between the demand for innovation coming from large and medium-sized enterprises and public administration and the skills provided by SMEs, research centers, startups and spin-offs. To achieve this goal, the updated version has been designed with an innovative approach, which amplifies participation in activities and the construction of high-quality content, an essential flywheel to facilitate collaboration between companies.

The three pillars of Open Innovation Campania are therefore strengthened: marketplace, innovation showcase and community – with new functionalities that make it possible to enhance and deepen one’s own content in a simple way through fundamental data for the analysis of innovative solutions, such as: Trend Tech Topic It allows you to identify patents, scientific articles and initiatives in your sector, through the use of Open Data. A system of automatic matching based on Artificial Intelligence techniques, It also analyses the interests, experiences and innovations of the user and automatically suggests challenges and innovations published by other actors, stimulating quick access to the platform and the activation of fruitful collaborations.
