On Monday 15 May 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Congress Centre of the University of Naples Federico II in via Partenope 36, Naples, the monographic issue of the Magazine of Digital Politics dedicated to Administration 5.0 will be presented.
An opportunity to reflect on the future of digital innovation in public administration and public training together with the President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca and the Rector of the Federico II University of Naples Matteo Lorito.
Crucial at this time is the role of training and skills for an administration that can withstand the growing load of demands and expectations. Turning digital innovation into a major development opportunity. Starting from 2021 Federica Web Learning (Project co-financed by the European Union, the Italian State and the Campania Region POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014-2020 AXIS II – THEMATIC OBJECTIVE 2O.S. 2.3 ACTION 2.3.1 Project: THE DIGITAL FACTORY) is involved in numerous digital education projects aimed at officials and managers of the Campania Region. The Center has been involved in the training of over 1000 new employees of the Campania CPI and 3,500 officials and managers of the Region. A state-of-the-art collaboration that has made it possible, through the provision of 37 MOOC courses, to improve the digital, linguistic, managerial and administrative skills up to the soft skills of the staff involved.
With 30,000 course enrollments, Federica Web Learning provided participants with more than 13,000 digital certificates. A pioneering experience for the digital education of the PA, which consolidates the collaboration between the Region, Europe and the Federician University and constitutes a unique project of its kind in Italy.
